Terms and Conditions

Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only. Commercial use requires additional fees and mutual agreement on terms.

Declination of Commissions:

• The artist may decline commissions that violate terms and conditions.

Initiation of Artwork:

• Work begins after payment.
• Payment: Full completion through only PayPal in USD is accepted before the production.

Process Details:

• Artist shares process; small change requests allowed.
• Significant changes post-color sketch may incur extra charges.
• The final artwork will be sent via email in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format.

Communication & Notifications

• Clients notified of issues affecting commission.
• Communication take place through email.

Request Requirements:

• Clear requests with references needed.
• Reference sheets and pose ideas crucial; provide before inquiry.
• Incomplete requests may result in additional charges.

Commercial Use Discussion:

• Commercial use requires email discussion; fees set at 2x base price.

Communication and Notifications:

• No updates after confirming color sketch; process viewable upon request.

Sharing and Posting:

• Artist can post on any website, crediting the commissioner
• Illustration rights includes: rights to use for portfolio, rights to use for samples, rights to ownership
• Watermarked versions shared on social networks; credit required if unwatermarked

Refunds and Cancellations policy:

• No refunds/cancellations after payment; careful consideration advised.

DISCLAIMERS:

I will draw: OCs/fanart, kawaii, anime
I won’t draw: nsfw, gore, mecha, armor, furry, hateful/offensive, realism
